All our prices include FREE delivery to one mainland UK address on a standard NEXT DAY service, so the price that you see when you have configured Printengine™ is the total price that you will pay (excluding any applicable taxes) for your order.

 

For those areas of the UK that are not mainland (including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands and Highlands) there are additional courier costs and it takes a few days longer.

Payment

  • I want to deliver my order direct to a client or third party.

    When you place your order, simply add your client’s address during the checkout process and we will deliver it there on your behalf. All of our orders are delivered using plain packaging. Think of us as your own personal printing company. We will act just like an extension of your own operation.

  • Do you ship outside of the UK?

    Yes – for prices and options for international orders please contact our dedicated Customer Service team on 01704 893938

  • Who do you use to deliver your products?

    We currently use UKMail to handle the delivery of our products.

  • What kind of packaging do you use?

    All of our orders are dispatched in plain un-branded packaging and each consignment is packed so that your order reaches its destination in perfect condition.

  • When will I receive my delivery?

    All of our orders are dispatched on a next working day service, which means that the order will be delivered the next working day (Monday to Friday) between the hours of 9.00am and 5.30pm following the dispatch date shown when configuring Printengine™.

     

    When ordering can you please ensure that there will always be somebody able to sign for your delivery as we will not leave the consignment without a signature.

     

    If you require a timed delivery please contact customer services on 01704 893938 and one of us will be able to arrange this for you for a small extra charge.

  • What time will my delivery be on the delivery date?

    Whilst you are configuring your order using Printengine™, the dispatch date will be shown when you expand the production service tab. If you require your order to be produced quicker, you can choose one of our accelerated service options.

     

    Our accelerated delivery services attract a premium to the cost of your order and will be shown once you have chosen the service you require.

  • How do I track my delivery

    As soon as your order has left us we will send you a dispatch email and we will include a consignment tracking number so that you can track the progress of your delivery online.
